Bromleys Delivery and Returns

Delivery Charges

Standard UK delivery charge is £4.00 per order

Subject to stock availability, all orders placed  within the UK will be despatched by Royal Mail First Class to be signed for, and usually arrive within 5 working days.

Next Day (UK only) £7.00 per order. Subject to stock availability orders must be placed before 1 pm. Orders placed on Fridays, Bank Holidays or Weekends will be processed the next working day.

Duty Payments

Goods delivered to some destinations, including the EU, may be subject to taxes, fees, levies or other charges, which are imposed by local legislation. The recipient of the goods is responsible for all customs formalities for their export and import, and will be required to pay any additional charges, including import duty, formal customs entry, taxes, levies and other charges. The recipient of the goods, not the person who's ordered them,  will receive a separate request for payment of these charges. Unfortunately we do not have control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We would therefore advise our customers to check the import charges applicable to the country where the goods are being delivered, before placing an order.

Europe (EEC)

Sent by Royal Mail International to be signed for £8.00 per order usually takes 7 working days.

Rest of the World

Sent by Royal Mail International to be signed for £12.00 per order usually takes 10 working days. The countries we deliver to are show in the drop down box at the check out.

Returns

If for any reason you wish to return any goods, please fill in the form on the back of the delivery note and return it within 30 days for an exchange or refund which will take place within 14 working days  (see our Guarantee) to:

We recommend that you obtain proof of postage when returning goods as Bromleys cannot be liable for goods lost in transit.

 

For overseas customers please add 'UK RETURNED GOODS' on your parcel for customs purposes, and send it  registered mail. For international returns, please note that you will have to cover the cost of returning the items to our UK address.

Total liability for any claim, howsoever arising, shall not exceed the value of goods supplied by Bromleys Limited to the customer. Bromleys Limited shall not be liable for any consequential customer loss, whether this arises from a breach of duty in contact or in any other way. Bromleys Limited cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with specific instructions stated in the garment or in the catalogue. Customers statutory rights are not affected by this statement.

Whilst taking every care to ensure that descriptions and specifications of our products are correct at the time of going to press there may be a slight variation in colour because of photographic and printing techniques.
